Yes, we can definitely support your business 24 / 7 and even during holidays! We can create either 2 or 3 shifts for the 24 / 7 support. We can have 2 shifts of 12 hours a day or 3 shifts of 7-8 hours a day. We would recommend doing 3 shifts vs. the 2 shifts just because agents have a higher morale when they are not working long hours.
