The Phillippines is one of the most skilled BPO workforces in the world.
In 2011, we began with two virtual assistants and by 2019 we grew to more than 500 agents! Based in Pagadian City, our employees in the Philippines work together in a 3-story office building during U.S. hours of operation. We maintain constant contact with our agents, hosting daily training, calls and performance monitoring.
