What are your prices?

Visit our pricing page to find out abour our tierd pricing models for our virtual assistants. If you’re looking for appointment setters (voice callers) our rates start at $8 an hour for 1 agent. If you have 5 agents (mix and match voice / non-voice) then the pricing goes down to $6 an hour per agent.

Do you charge anything upfront?

No, we do not charge anything upfront. We do not have any setup fees or consultation fees. 

The price is strictly the hours that you’re paying for the agent which starts at $4-$8 an hour depending on the tier packaging. Any work that’s done for the current week, gets billed through invoice the next Monday.

How do you find your agents?

We have a very rigorous hiring process including speaking and writing tests that they have to pass in order to work on any of our campaigns. Our agents are all vetted from grammatical errors down to tonality and accent levels.

The agents that we put on your campaigns will have very low / minimal accents so that they can produce the best results over the phone.  Some of our agents have worked with very large corporations such as AT&T, Comcast, Sprint, Teleperformance, Convergys and much more.

Do you only have callers / appointment setters or can you guys do other things?

How do you keep track of work performance?

We use KPI sheets to understand how many calls / how many hours and how many appointments / sales have been made through Google spreadsheets. You will have access to this so that you can monitor the daily progress of your campaign. The KPIs are to help us manage our team much better to improve the performance of your campaign each week.

We use hubstaff to track the hours worked as well as screenshots and performance levels of each of our agents. You will also receive access to this so that you can monitor the hours, screenshots and performance metrics for your agent.

How do you manage your agents?

Each campaign comes with dedicated account managers that will work directly with you to help you manage the workers such as
